Arum has been selected to join the Business Consultancy Services Lot of Management Consultancy Framework Two (MCF2), run by Crown Commercial Services (CCS). The launch of this framework enables central government and the wider public sector to select pre-approved consultancy firms to tender for both national and international projects.
Securing this place means that Arum can continue to grow its presence in the public sector and build on the success of established relationships with clients such as the Student Loans Company, and HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS).
Arum’s services relevant to the public sector include business operating model design and optimisation, contact strategies and customer segmentation, technology vendor selection, contact centre efficiency and effectiveness, customer experience including management of vulnerability and hardship, and performance and management framework design and implementation.
