Construction specialist, Aggregate Industries, has secured a Aecus Automation Award for a robotic process automation project with Rimilia.
The Awards were presented by Paul Morrison, Managing Director from Aecus at the Hackett Group’s Best Practice Conference on in London.
Robotic process automation, or RPA, is Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure computer software or a robot to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems and is supplied by Rimilia.
Aggregate Industries secured the Aecus Award award from a project around Rimilia’s Alloc8 Collect credit management software that learns as it goes and is able to forecast and predict customer behaviour, providing the Aggregate Industries collections team with a much more detailed analysis of their customer ledger.
