Credit Connect Media has announced that the second edition of its Connected News series will take place on Thursday 26th November at 10am.
The next discussion will focus on Customer Engagement. Speakers from Centrica and Business Stream will join supplier sponsor Aspect and Credit Connect to discuss the impact of the pandemic upon consumers and businesses. The discussion will also examine how technological innovation has influenced collections strategy during these changing times.

The Connected News series aims to highlight technological industry developments by engaging in discussions with guest speakers. The ceremony will start at 2.45pm on Thursday 19th November. The Awards ceremony will announce this year’s technology innovator winners.

The third and biggest event will be the Credit Solutions Conference which takes place across five days between Monday 7th and Friday 11th December.
The event content will be hosted by Aon and the event will be facilitated by Credit Connect Media. The new conference will give Financial Directors (FDs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Credit Managers the tools and tips to help enable them to be stronger and more resilient in 2021.
The event will be FREE to attend for qualifying credit professionals.
By registering for this 5-day event, the attendees will gain access to numerous hours of on-demand content as well as access to daily live webinar panel discussions and speaking sessions.
The event will forecast the economic outlook for 2021 with leading economists joining the debate on Brexit. The key themes of risk and technology will also be debated.
