This year’s sponsors are fraud prevention service Cifas, debt collections specialist Credit Resources Solutions, technology, data sourcing information provider FinTrace, outsourcing specialist Equiniti Credit Services, and AI-powered accounts receivable software specialist Rimilia.

The Awards, organised by Credit Connect and hosted at the Credit Services Association’s UK Credit and Collections Conference (UKCCC), brings together credit and collections technology executives to honour the industry’s leading players across 20 categories.  The technology focused-Awards scheme seeks to champion innovation and best customer outcome solutions. The shortlist highlights technological achievements from industry-specialist providers within the credit and collections industry during 2019.

The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts who have examined excellence solutions in four different categories sections: creditor and lender,  collections and recoveries, applied technology, and innovation. The shortlist this year presents 120 finalists from over 90 companies. The finalists have been decided by a panel of esteemed experienced industry leaders using a unique judging process. Credit Connect’s panel of judges are chosen based upon their industry background providing a view from lenders and collections. This year’s Judging panel profiles can be viewed here.

The prestigious ceremony will host the best in lending and collections at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Newcastle. This year’s category program has been expanded this year to recognise the development of technology with new awards categories focused on AI and Machine Learning added to this years list.

The Awards prides itself on the transparent judging process which allows all entrants to request an Insight Performance report post event.

The winners from the Awards will also be announced online and through social media notices next Friday.
