Qualco appoints new Lead Public Sector Manager

Panel and asset management software and analytics specialist, Qualco has announced the appointment of Paul Ellicott as its new Lead Public Sector Manager.

Ellicott to develop the public sector side of the Qualco business, having spent 30 years working in the public sector in various roles.

In his new position, Ellicott will focus on the existing Debt Management Services (DMS) Framework as well as preparing to bid for the forthcoming Debt Resolution Services (DRS) Framework. He will help to build a portfolio of partners and clients delivering analytics, debt collection, litigation and enforcement services.

Ellicott has joined from Capita Enforcement, where he was Director of Client Services, Bids and Solutions, and was previously Head of Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services at Haringey Council. He has an MBA in International Business from Henley Management College.
