Global information and insights provider TransUnion has announced two new executive appointments. Shail Deep joins as Chief Product Officer and Ann-Marie Orange joins as Chief Information Officer,
Deep, who has over 20 years’ experience – both in the UK and globally – across retail banking and technology consulting, joins the business as chief product officer. Shail will be fuelling new product innovation, ensuring robust product quality and delivery, sourcing and incorporating new data assets and delivering valuable analytic insights and solutions. Previously Deep spent 16 years at HSBC, where she oversaw strategic partnerships and innovation globally for HSBC retail banking and wealth management. During her time there, Shail was responsible for developing innovative customer propositions and solutions through strategic partnerships with tech companies across retail banking products (cards, loans, mortgages, payments and transaction banking).
In addition, TransUnion has announced Ann-Marie Orange as its new Chief Information Officer. Having joined the business in October 2014, Orange was appointed to the executive team in September 2019 and is responsible for directing and leading the IT operations to design, build, run and oversee all products; providing service and support to customers.
With over 25 years’ experience in IT, her areas of expertise include optimising organisation structure and operating models, IT business delivery, product delivery, IT strategy and execution, and establishing governance models to deliver enterprise capability.
