Louisa Sedgwick has been promoted to Managing Director mortgages at Vida Homeloans.
Sedgwick has been Director of Sales at Vida since its launch in 2016 and is well known in the mortgage industry, having recently become the first female chair of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association.
Sedgwick said: “In just three years Vida has successfully completed £1.8 billion of mortgage lending, and it is an amazing time to take on the managing director mortgages role as we continue to grow the business. I am looking forward to working with Anth and the rest of the team to take Vida to the next level.”
Vida Homeloans is a specialist mortgage lender for residential and buy-to-let customers. It has 12,000 registered intermediaries, 9,000 customers and £1.8 billion in mortgage completions since launch in October 2016. Its parent company, Belmont Green Finance, has established a programme of publicly-rated funding warehouses. It has also created a programme issuance of public securitisations known as Tower Bridge Funding to extend its presence into the public securitisation markets over the medium to long term.
