Lantern awarded Investor in Customers accreditation

Lantern has been awarded Gold Accreditation from Investor in Customers (IIC) for the seventh consecutive year.

The accreditation recognises companies both across the UK and internationally who understand their customers’ needs and achieve positive results.

Lantern was presented with the award with Danny Pickering, Managing Director of Smile Customer Experience which facilitates IIC customer assessments, congratulating the team on its performance.
