Latest statistics from the Insolvency Service have shown that Northern Irish business insolvences increased by 42% whilst personal insolvences rose by 1% in the latest quarterly figures.
Latest business insolvencey figures have shown that there were 34 company insolvencies in Northern Ireland in Q3 2021, an increase of 42% on the same quarter of 2020. This comprised 29 CVLs, one administration, two compulsory liquidations and two CVAs. There were no administrative receiverships.
The latest figures for Quarter 3, 2021 whow that there were 413 individual insolvencies in Northern Ireland, 1% up on the same quarter of 2020. This comprised 340 IVAs, 50 DROs and 23 bankruptcies.
