Compliance and digital transformation solutions company, Business Systems has announced the appointment of Mike Wardell as the company’s new Chief Executive (CEO).
Wardell joins Business Systems from Giacom, where he served as CEO and led the transformation of the business into a cloud marketplace.
Talking about his role as CEO, Mike Wardell said “As well as continuing to deliver a great experience for our clients, my vision is to solidify our position as the UK’s leading provider of digital communications solutions; helping businesses to enhance their client relationships and solve critical compliance challenges.
“The calibre of the team here at Business Systems, many of whom bring invaluable client-side experience, is impressive, and I am excited to inspire, nurture and empower them to continue pushing the boundaries of innovation. We already support around a third of the City’s institutions for their trading operations and some of the largest global contact centres. My primary focus is therefore on extending our role as a trusted advisor in digital transformation, customer experience, and communications compliance management.”
