Telrock Systems appoints Chief Strategy Officer

Telrock Systems has announced that it has appointed collections software and domain expert Andrew Pritchard to their leadership team to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.

As Chief Strategy Officer, reporting to Telrock Systems Chief Executive Officer, Pritchard will fulfill a new role designed to optimise company growth and success across all aspects of the business including strategy development and execution across key functional business areas. He brings some 23 years of experience in the collections software and delivery arena.

Before joining Telrock Systems, Pritchard served as CEO at Arum where he built the market-leading independent collections consultancy, supporting clients in over 20 countries around the world with their collections technology challenges.
