The winners of the second annual 2018 Credit & Collections Technology Awards have been revealed. There were sixteen winners from the eighteen Awards categories which are covered by four main headings of Credit, Collections, Credit & Collections services and Innovation.
The awards ceremony was held at Credit Services Association’s (CSA) annual Gala dinner at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon hosted by comedian Matt Forde and Peter Wallwork Chief Executive of the CSA.
A wide range of exceptionally high-quality entries were received in this year’s competition with the winners of the awards coming from a cross-section of the industry. In the main Innovation Leaders category, there was deserved recognition for Dan Hancocks of CoCredo winning the Technology Innovator Person of the Year Award. Jaywing picked Technology Team of the year. CreditLadder won the Innovation in Credit category. Whilst a joint entry from Paylink Solutions and Lloyds Banking Group Financial Wellbeing picked up the highly coveted Innovation in Collections & Recoveries title. Other notable wins on the night included double wins for collections customer engagement specialist provider Webio and lender software provider Zoot.

The Credit & Collections Technology Awards were launched last year and have been created to provide a showcase from which technology specialists can present and share industry credit and collections solutions. The Awards seek to find innovation and technology which best supports customer outcome. The aim of all entrants is to provide a solution which places best customer outcome at the heart of all technology and innovation. Winner and finalist status highlight the success of companies and individuals who have lead the way in enhancing credit and collections technology.
