Thincats appoint new Chief Development Officer

ThinCats has appointed Damon Walford as its new Chief Development Officer. Walford will work alongside ThinCats CEO John Mould to help grow ThinCats’ existing business and capitalise on new opportunities, with a particular focus on originating loans and widening the platform’s network of sponsors across the UK. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in the financial sector, with a particular focus on SME lending. Prior to his role at ThinCats, he spent four years as Managing Director of Aldermore Invoice Finance, after coming from RBS Invoice Finance, where he managed teams focusing on the asset based lending sector.
