Mortgage servicer, Computershare Loan Services has confirmed it has again been reappointed as standby administrator by Belmont Green for its Tower Bridge Funding No 4 plc securitisation. The company will also act as delegate mortgage administrator for the loans.
Andrew Jones, Chief Executive Officer at Computershare Loan Services, said “We’ve developed a great working relationship with Belmont Green over the last few years and are very happy to be able to continue this on the latest securitisation.”
Adrian Scragg, Director of Capital Markets at Belmont Green, said “This securitisation reflects the continued success of our Vida Homeloans business within the mortgage industry, and we’re pleased again to work with Computershare Loan Services as we continue to develop the Tower Bridge programme.”
In April, global ratings agency Fitch reaffirmed Computershare Loan Services’ high ratings as a Residential Primary and Special Servicer, citing the company’s approach to technology and operational efficiency.
S&P Global also named Computershare Loan Services “the UK’s leading third-party mortgage administrator” as part of its most recent assessment of the company’s Skipton-headquartered division.
The international ratings agency again awarded the division an ‘above average’ ranking as a UK primary and special servicer of residential home finance.
Standby servicing ensures that an organisation with the right systems and expertise is ready to continue the administration of the loans if problems materialise.
