Burlington Group appoint new Director of High Court Services

Marston Holdings has announced that Chris Badger is to join Burlington Group as Director of High Court Services.

Badger, one of the youngest people to be appointed an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer in 2007 at the age of 29, has worked in the industry for over 14 years.  In 2013, Badger was appointed to the Board of the High Court Enforcement Officers’ Association and was subsequently appointed to the position of Complaints Officer. Badger has a vast amount of technical experience in dealing with and making enforcement related applications to both the Queen’s Bench and Chancery Divisions; applications that involve third party claims to goods; applications that goods are exempt from seizure; private treaty applications and applications relating to the assessment of costs or for permission to charge exceptional costs.
