The Credit Services Association (CSA) has announced the shortlist for the 2025 CSA Awards to be held as part of its UK Credit and Collections Conference (UKCCC) on Thursday 11th September in Manchester. The awards recognise the professionalism and commitment of firms and individuals working within the debt collection and purchase industry.
The CSA Awards will also acknowledge the outstanding contribution and commitment from an individual through a new Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as awards for the highest scores achieved by firms in the CSA’s Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) online test.
CSA CEO Chris Leslie said “The popularity of the CSA Awards continues to grow year-on-year, reflected in the record number of submissions we have received this year. As the trade association for the debt collection and purchase industry, it is amazing to read about the achievements and the hard work that our members have demonstrated over the past 12 months.
“The CSA Awards are a perfect platform for our members to showcase their high levels of professionalism, innovativeness, and commitment to positive customer outcomes. Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit an entry.”
