Cynergy Bank bolsters executive team with two senior appointments

Cynergy Bank has bolstered its executive team with two senior executive appointments aith Stefano Combi appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Paul Street appointed as Chief Risk Officer.

Combhas over 27 years of Financial Services experience having advised Banks across the UK, Europe and globally on M&A, ECM and DCM transactions. He previously was a Managing Director at HSBC where he spent 12 years, of which the last two years he acted as a Principal in the Group M&A team of HSBC, nine years at Dresdner Kleinwort and five years at PwC where he Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). 

Street has 25 years of financial services experience, having worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Santander before joining Cynergy Bank 7 years ago. Paul is a senior banker with a breadth of experience across all areas of the lending cycle including roles in Credit Risk, Debt Restructuring, Treasury and Client Relationship Management roles, across Structured Finance and SME lending.
