DCBL appoints Director of Operations

Debt resolution specialist DCBL has announced the appointment of Vicky Felton as Director of Operations.

With over 25 years of industry leadership experience, Felton brings a wealth of knowledge to DCBL. During her distinguished career in telecoms, Felton spent time at O2 and Virgin before making the move to DCBL HQ in Runcorn.

Felton has also held an esteemed position as co-chair of the VMO2 Neurodiversity Network and is studying for a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

Managing Director of DCBL, Darren Connor, said “It was clear from the early stages that Vicky was the person we wanted for this role. She brings wonderful experience, of course, but most importantly, she brings a mindset that is in tune with what we are trying to achieve as part of our ‘one solution’ philosophy.
