Specialist insolvency and restructuring law firm Isadore Goldman has announced two new senior appointments to their team.
Christina Fitzgerald and Monica Kapur will both join the firm as directors in September, based in the firm’s London office.
Fitzgerald, a solicitor and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, joins from another top ranked London firm and has extensive experience of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters as well as restructuring and corporate simplification. Her name will be familiar to many from her former role as the President of R3 (the trade association for the UK’s insolvency and restructuring professionals).
Kapur joins the team from a respected national law firm and has extensive experience of advising Insolvency Practitioners, accountants, banks, debt purchasers, company directors and individuals on all aspects of contentious insolvency.
These appointments follow another senior appointment earlier this year, with Thomas Bond joining as a director in April.
