Just, the enforcement market integrator, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Debt Resolution Services (DRS) framework to provide Enforcement Services and Managed Enforcement Services.
The framework can be used by central and local government departments to contract services for the enforcement of public sector debt.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
The two contracts secured within the framework, DRS Lot 5 and Lot 20, will enable government departments to either move from employing multiple enforcement agencies to a managed service operation or try a managed service approach alongside their existing relationships to see the benefits this brings over their existing traditional approaches.
Just Managing Director, Nick Georgiades said “DRS is an integral tool for the Government to integrate a variety of debt resolution solutions to ensure best-in-class suppliers are available to deliver important government requirements. We are pleased to have been selected as a key supplier with the responsibility to build a network of enforcement agencies to deliver key enforcement needs through a managed service approach.”
