HelpHub, a new support platform, has officially launched to provide organisations with a low-cost way of providing free, easy-to-access help for their customers across the UK. The tool’s AI matches vulnerable customers to a set of tailored, free support recommendations from over 75,000 service options across the charity sector and local government.
The platform also helps them improve people’s financial situation, by providing an integrated benefits check, cost-saving options on household bills and helping them find any lost accounts they may have. The tool can be used digitally, by the customer in their own language, assisted by a front-line agent over the phone, or via a contact centre.
Guy Statter, Co-Founder at HelpHub said “HelpHub uses technology to make people’s lives better. We’ve created HelpHub so that any organisation should be able to help their customers, whatever their needs, without an expensive, time-consuming technology deployment”
