Paragon Bank appoints Commercial Director of Mortgages

Paragon Bank has appointed Simon Cockerill as Commercial Director of Mortgages.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Mortgages, Louisa Sedgwick, Cockerill will lead the continued development of Paragon’s buy-to-let mortgage sales, distribution and product functions. Working with established teams across the business, he will support further growth in existing and developing areas of the market, helping brokers find solutions for landlord clients across an increasingly diverse range of borrowing requirements.

Cockerill joins Paragon with 28 years’ experience across mortgage sales and distribution. Most recently, he spent almost nine years as Head of Sales at OSB Group, having previously held senior roles spanning lenders, intermediaries and building societies.
