International credit management and technology company, Pepper Advantage, has announced the appointment of Matthew Wye as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 2026, subject to regulatory approval. He will lead the company’s expanding credit management operations, including the mortgage servicing business acquired from Computershare earlier this year.
Wye will bring over 20 years of credit and financial services experience to the role, joining from Metro Bank, where he currently serves as Managing Director of Future Bank Delivery. His previous roles include Director of Lending Operations and Head of Lending and Securities at Metro Bank, and he has held senior positions at Crown Mortgage Management and Barclays Bank. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in credit management, with particular expertise in operational management, digital banking, and client service.
Aaron Milburn, current CEO of Pepper Advantage UK, will step into a new role as Managing Director of Credit Access, where he will lead business development and growing client relationships. He and Wye will work closely together to expand Pepper Advantage’s new business, focusing on expanding opportunities for clients that leverage the company’s wider UK infrastructure.
Fraser Gemmell, Group CEO of Pepper Advantage, said “We are delighted to welcome Matthew to Pepper Advantage. His appointment reflects our strategy of driving operational efficiencies as we continue to incorporate PRISM, our proprietary credit management platform, across the entire business. The integration of the mortgage servicing business we acquired from Computershare has given us scale and with Matthew onboard, we have the opportunity to transform our combined business in a meaningful way.
“Additionally, having Aaron as our Managing Director for Credit Access will allow us to leverage our wider capabilities to bring a more diverse offering to new and existing clients. His proven abilities and strong client relationships make Aaron the right person for this important role. Together, he and Matt will lead our team in the UK as we pursue the significant opportunities ahead.”
