Target Group appoints Non-Executive Director

Outsourcer and software provider Target Group has announced the appointment of Paul Lynam as a Non-Executive Director.

Lynam brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across the banking and financial services sector. He has held several senior executive and board positions, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Equiniti Group and Secure Trust Bank. Before this, Paul spent more than two decades with NatWest and RBS, where he led major business divisions through periods of growth, transformation and change.

Throughout his career, Lynam has developed a strong reputation for combining commercial leadership with a people-focused approach. He has successfully led large organisations, driven business performance and helped shape cultures that support colleague engagement, development and long-term success.
