2025 Credit & Collections Industry Awards open for entries

14th January 2025

The Credit & Collections Industry Awards are open for entries into this year’s awards.

The awards programme was launched in 2024 recognising excellence within credit and collections by highlighting achievements through its tangible and transparent awards judging scheme. The awards will recognise key industry innovations and initiatives in credit, lending and collections.

The Credit & Collections Industry Awards powered by Credit Connect has the enviable task of celebrating the best and greatest innovation within the credit and collections industry. The award aims to find those who are redefining the industry. The awards will seek to highlight and celebrate the best people and businesses in the industry who are enhancing customer outcomes and experiences.

A panel of industry leaders will judge the awards and will produce a shortlist after reviewing submissions. Click here to view the judge’s profiles.

Once judging has been completed, the industry will gather in May for the glamorous Awards dinner, in York on 22nd May 2025.

Credit Connect Media and Industry Awards Founder Colin White said, “Having launched the Awards for the first time earlier last year, it was great to see how much interest there was in providing an awards program driven by transparent results. I believe these awards recognise and focus on the core industry roles within credit and collections. This awards event recognises innovation, which is underpinning progress within the industry. Transparency is at the very heart of all the awards we run.

“The cost of living continues to challenge the industry and these awards highlight the people and companies who are meeting these challenges. The industry has continued to show true professionalism, resilience and adaptability and we will showcase through the awards categories.

“These awards are FREE to enter and companies that enter will be entitled to see where they have finished in the process. Likewise winning and shortlisted companies will have the opportunity to get judges’ feedback through the award’s unique and transparent judging process. The companies and people who enter these awards will receive recognition through the value of judges’ comments and the graphics which will outline produce clear and tangible results data which are the backbone of these awards.”
