Credit Connect has announced the shortlist of companies and partnerships for this year’s third annual Credit & Collections Industry Awards.
The finalists for this year’s awards consist of 108 entrants (whittled down from nearly 115 entries) from nearly 80 companies within the shortlist. There are over 20 partnership entries in the running to win across the 20 categories.
Credit Connect’s panel of judges is chosen for their industry background, providing a view across a variety of the credit and collections sectors. The finalists have been decided by a panel of esteemed, experienced industry leaders using a unique judging process.
The Awards prides itself on a transparent judging process that allows all entrants to request an Insight Performance report post-event to review their performance.
The Credit & Collections Industry Awards were launched in 2024 to highlight the success of companies and individuals who lead the way in enhancing credit, lending and collections best practices. All awards are on an entry basis, whereby companies can nominate themselves or enter as part of a partnership. The awards are an opportunity to assess the people and companies that focus on customer experience and provide a benchmark in industry best practices.
Colin White, Founding Director at Credit Connect, said, “I’m excited to announce the year’s shortlist. Last year’s awards ceremony was a sell-out in York, so we are looking forward to welcoming everyone to our new venue at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham.
“It is great to see the awards have grabbed the attention with several new entries, notably from lenders and creditors, and I look forward to seeing many new faces at this year’s event.
“I would like to thank the judges for working their way through the entries to date and creating this year’s shortlist. Becoming a finalist is an incredible achievement in itself, with so much market competition.
“The awards will be the pinnacle of our Spring Events series, which also includes the Commercial Credit & Collections Conference and Credit & Collections Think Tank. I’m also looking forward to unveiling the second annual 2026 Industry Leaders List and Industry Recognition Award at the new Industry Leaders Networking Dinner. The awards and the Industry Leaders list aim to recognise the leaders driving industry change in the credit and collections sector.”
