The winners of the inaugural 2017 Credit & Collections Technology Awards have been revealed. There were sixteen winners (three of which were partnership wins) from the sixteen Awards categories which are covered by four main headings of Credit, Collections, Credit & Collections services and Innovation.
The Credit & Collections Technology Awards were launched in the Summer and have been created to provide a showcase from which technology specialists can present and share industry credit and collections solutions. The Awards seek to find innovation and technology which best supports customer outcome. The aim of all entrants is to provide a solution which places best customer outcome at the heart of all technology and innovation. Winner and finalist status highlight the success of companies and individuals who have lead the way in enhancing credit and collections technology.
Commenting on the Awards Judge Russell Hamblin-Boone said “These inaugural awards are unique in their focus on technology, they are setting standards for the future. The range and quality of the entries is a celebration of the diversity, innovation and professionalism of the credit industry.”
Whilst fellow judge Bryan Coverdale said “It was a privilege and very exciting to be able to read and judge so many great ideas and innovations. The quality of the submissions plus the variety of entrants made it difficult to judge but makes the winners even more worthy.
