Credit Connect announces 2026 Industry Leaders list

Credit Connect has announced its 2026 Industry Leaders list.

The Leaders list was announced as part of the inaugural Industry Leaders Dinner at the Eastwood Hall in Nottingham, which is part of the Credit Connect Spring series event.

The Spring event series also includes the Commercial Credit & Collections Conference, Credit & Collections Think Tank and Industry Awards, which took place in the evening.

The Industry Leaders list is an annual announcement of the key industry people influencing the future of credit and collections. The list has been created by Credit Connect and its advisory partners: CICM, CCTA, CCUA, CIVEA, Registry Trust and Cifas. The list is based upon seniority, degree of industry influence, and then finally decided on how these people are perceived by the industry, such as representation in the media news (setting new agendas, etc) or seen at industry events through a thought leadership capacity.

The list is broken down into different sectors within the industry, with leaders appearing under relevant sectors. As part of the Industry Dinner, Credit Connect also announced the recipient of the 2026 Industry Recognition award, which is dedicated to the work of Philip King, who is most recognised for being Chief Executive at the Chartered Institute of Credit Managers (CICM). highlighting his achievements and recognising his dedication and contribution to the industry.
