Just Mortgages, together with Spicerhaart, the UK’s largest independent estate agency and property service group, has announced the appointment of Olivia Moss as its first ever Marketing and Communications Director. The newly created role marks a strategic step forward in the group’s continued journey of growth, innovation and digital transformation across financial services, estate agency and lettings.
Moss brings more than two decades of experience across marketing and communications and a proven track record of building brands and shaping high-performing, customer-led cultures. She joins from L&Q where she led brand strategy and digital transformation, taking L&Q from a social housing provider to one of the country’s leading residential developers. Prior to that, Moss was part of the team that shaped Virgin Media. Her leadership and ability to navigate complex marketing landscapes have been key to her success.
Paul Smith, Founder and Chairman of Spicerhaart, said “Appointing our very first marketing and communications director is a landmark moment for the business and a clear statement of intent as we position ourselves for growth in a rapidly-changing landscape. Olivia’s track record of integrating creativity with commercial outcomes is exactly what we need as we continue to evolve at pace at Spicerhaart. Her expertise in driving brand transformation and her passion for delivering customer-centric marketing will be invaluable as we take forward our exciting plans that include AI services and automation.”
John Phillips, joint group CEO, said “Olivia’s deep expertise in building brands, delivering high-impact comms strategies and understanding of both financial services and property sectors makes her a tremendous fit for this newly created role. As Just Mortgages and the wider Spicerhaart group continues to grow at scale and respond to an ever-changing world, Olivia will play a critical role in communicating what we can offer to advisers, colleagues and customers as a forward-thinking, innovative and customer-focused business.”
