Opus strengthens Restructuring & Insolvency team with Partner appointment

Opus Advisory Group has announced the promotion of Mark Boast to Partner within its Restructuring & Insolvency division.

Boast has nearly two decades of experience advising businesses, lenders and stakeholders across a wide range of complex restructuring and insolvency matters. Since joining Opus in 2022, he has played a key role in supporting clients and professional contacts across London, the South East and nationally. Alongside these established relationships, Mark will have a particular focus on further developing Opus’ presence and network across East Anglia, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to businesses during periods of financial challenge.

The promotion follows another significant milestone in Boast’s career after becoming a licensed Insolvency Practitioner last year. Boast is also a member of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Insolvency Practitioners Panel, further demonstrating the depth of expertise he brings to his new role and strengthening Opus’ ability to provide clients with seamless, end-to-end advisory and formal insolvency services.
He has built his career by combining technical expertise with a practical, solutions-led approach, helping businesses navigate complex situations while working closely with directors, lenders and professional advisers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
