Quantuma makes Director appointment

Business advisory firm Quantuma has announced it has promoted restructuring specialist Alyson Richards to Director.

Richards, a licensed insolvency practitioner based in the firm’s Southampton office, is a member of Quantuma’s Restructuring and Insolvency team. She has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and personal insolvency, Richards has advised on a wide range of insolvency procedures, including liquidations, administrations, company and individual voluntary arrangements, and bankruptcies.

Richards’recent work includes leading the orderly wind-down of a high-profile funeral plan provider through administration, successfully rescuing a large trailer manufacturing business and safeguarding more than 50 jobs, and restructuring a healthcare company via a company voluntary arrangement.
