Latest figures from the Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) have shown that business insolvencies in Scotland remained stable in June 2026.
The data showed that there were 104 business insolvencies registered in Scotland, which was similar to the number in June 2025.
The insolvencies comprised 61 CVLs, 41 compulsory liquidations and two administrations.
There were no CVAs or receivership appointments.
Latest monthly statistics from the Insolvency Service have shown that personal insolvencies fell whilst business insolvencies increased in Northern Ireland in May 2026.
