Snorkl appoints Commercial Director

AI-native collections platform Snorkl has appointed Daniel Harrington as Commercial Director, as the business continues to grow its presence across the FCA-regulated consumer finance sector.

Harrington joins from Salary Finance, the Blenheim Chalcot and Legal & General-backed lender, where he most recently led the build-out of the company’s aggregator and price comparison channel, growing it by 50% and managing enterprise partnerships with ClearScore, Experian, MoneySuperMarket and Compare the Market. He also played a leading role in the firm’s Consumer Duty transformation programme, working directly with the senior leadership team.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Harrington qualified with Grant Thornton before building a career spanning technology businesses and high-growth startups. He worked alongside Snorkl’s co-founders, CEO Loris Raimo and CTO Jayden Pienaar, at Salary Finance — and was among the company’s first investors before joining the leadership team full-time.

The appointment reflects growing commercial momentum at Snorkl, which was named Best Technology Demonstration at the 2025 Credit & Collections Technology Awards and was shortlisted in 2026 for both Innovator of the Year and Best Partnership (Collections).

Snorkl’s platform delivers AI agents across chat, WhatsApp and voice, combining behavioural science nudges with strong compliance guardrails — built specifically for collections teams operating under Consumer Duty and CONC.
