Jaywing makes three leadership appointments

Jaywing has announced the appointment of three senior industry experts to expand its capabilities and accelerate growth across key markets. The appointments include Didier Magloire as Head of Asia and Australasia Growth, Jeremy Bryson as Head of Data Management, and David Northen as Risk Transformation Lead.

Didier Magloire joins in January 2025 to spearhead growth initiatives across Asia and Australasia. His 30-year career spans leadership roles at Citibank and ANZ, where he most recently served as Chief Risk Officer and CEO of ANZ China. Based in Shanghai, Magloire will focus on developing client relationships across these high-growth regions.

Jeremy Bryson brings over 30 years of banking and consulting expertise to lead the Data Management practice. His experience includes senior positions as Risk Architect and Director at Lloyds Banking Group and Associate Partner at EY. Based in the UK, Bryson also starts in January to enhance Jaywing’s data capabilities.
Risk transformation leadership

Whilst David Northen will develop Risk Transformation and Post-Merger Integration services. His previous role as Managing Director in Accenture’s Risk Transformation practice, combined with his experience as Risk Transformation Director at Coventry Building Society, positions him well to strengthen key client relationships. Northen will also operate from the UK.
