Paylink Solutions has announced the appointment of Andy Hart as Managing Director and Nicky Mikulla as Sales Director.

Hart joins Paylink Solutions with more than 20 years’ experience leading technology, operations and commercial growth across SaaS, digital transformation and AI-led businesses. Having held executive leadership roles spanning product, delivery and commercial operations, He has built a strong track record of scaling technology businesses, improving operational performance and aligning product strategy with long-term commercial growth.

His experience leading complex enterprise programmes and high-growth SaaS organisations will be instrumental as Paylink Solutions continues to expand its platform capabilities, strengthen client partnerships and accelerate innovation across affordability, decisioning and customer support.

Mikulla joins Paylink Solutions with extensive experience in enterprise sales, commercial strategy and business development across AI, SaaS and financial technology. Throughout her career she has successfully developed strategic partnerships, opened new markets and helped organisations realise measurable value from complex technology solutions. Her appointment reflects Paylink Solutions’ continued investment in commercial growth as demand increases for intelligent affordability, automated decisioning and data-led customer support solutions.

Alongside her commercial achievements, she is a recognised advocate for diversity and inclusion within technology and financial services, supporting initiatives around neurodiversity, women in technology and women in credit.
