Hitachi Capital Business Finance appoints Head of Sustainability

Hitachi Capital Business Finance has appointed Philippe Bazin as the new Head of Sustainable Energy.

Bazin brings fifteen years’ experience in commercial roles in the waste and renewable energy sector to this new role. Before joining Hitachi Capital Business Finance, Bazin spent the last eight years heading up the team responsible for lending project finance debt to the UK and Irish sustainable energy markets and more recently the UK’s nascent sustainable transport sector at the sustainable bank Triodos Bank UK. He was deeply immersed in the financing of a broad range of projects, technologies and business models during his time there.
