Three insolvency companies merge to create new group

Insolvency practices Peter Hall, Benedict Mackenzie, and PCR LLP have announced that they have merged to create a new practitioner group.

The merger of three companies has created a new professional services practice, SKSi.

The company says that as a professional services company, SKSi will provide insight and advice to guide businesses through the everchanging economic environment. The company will pride itself on understanding the industries in which it will work, allowing it to provide targeted strategies to resolve the issues affecting businesses and individuals.

As part of the announcement, SKSi has announced the appointment of Alistair Dickson to drive the growth of the new company by joining its group’s banking and finance team, as well as heading up our growing team in Scotland.  

Commenting on the new company formation Carrie James, Managing Director of SKSi said “This journey started when I joined Benedict Mackenzie in Nov 2017 with an ambition to develop a national advisory practice with an innovative approach to delivering professional services. I have brought together a group of like-minded, forward-thinking individuals who share my vision to provide innovative solutions that draw on the experiences and knowledge of our team.”
