Central Trust has announced the appointment of a Regulatory Consultant to its board of directors. Jane McMahon has joined the second charge mortgage lender as a regulatory consultant.
As well as Central Trust, McMahon has also been appointed as regulatory consultant for Central Trust Syndicate Number One Limited, Central Loans Limited, Commercial Trust Limited and UK Credit Limited. Debbie Burton, chief executive of Central Trust, said “Jane is a highly respected senior industry professional who has extensive experience of operating at board level. Jane brings with her significant regulatory and compliance knowledge having previously held senior compliance positions at both Investec and John Charcol.
