StepChange has announced the appointment of Martin Clift as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Clift, who will take up the role at the beginning of September, previously worked at Barclays for 37 years, during which time he specialised in large scale Distribution, Operations Leadership and Strategic Transformation. He was most recently Head of Intermediary Services and Transformation and latterly Business Banking Transformation.
Commenting on the appointment, StepChange CEO Vikki Brownridge, said “We’re delighted to welcome Martin to StepChange at a pivotal time for the charity. His wealth of contact centre experience will be crucial to the implementation of our digital transformation projects, in particular our back-office optimisation programme, and the delivery of our 2025-30 strategy.”
