Teal and IRIS Software agree income verification partnership

Income and employment specialist, Teal has announced a partnership with global accountancy, HR, payroll, and education software specialist IRIS Software Group.

The integration brings IRIS into Teal’s growing Direct Connections network, delivering enterprise- grade, real-time background verification of income and employment for millions of

UK employees. The partnership marks a significant validation of Teal’s platform, with IRIS selecting Teal as the verification infrastructure trusted to operate at the scale of their payroll ecosystem.

IRIS’ payroll and HR solutions support over 300,000 UK organisations and processes payroll for approximately one in six UK employees. Through this partnership, lenders, brokers, and fintechs using Teal’s API can now verify applicants paid through all IRIS payroll systems. Instantly and in the background, with no login screens, no document uploads, and no applicant friction.
