Ardent appoints Ricketts as MD

The appointment sees the former iQor chief take the reins at the Debt Collection Agency (DCA) in its twentieth anniversary year. Existing Managing Director and founder, Steve Murray, will now take on the role of Cheif Executive Officer focusing on service excellence and driving the company’s digital agenda.

Ricketts has thirty-seven years’ experience in the credit services sector and has held board positions at Robinson Way and the Infocheck Group. He also held senior positions at Dun and Bradstreet, Experian and Allied International Credit.

Ricketts has been a Director and board member of the CSA since 2009 and following three years as Vice President became President in Feb 2017.
