Private equity and special situations institutional investor Sandton Capital Partners has announced an enhanced partnership with credit management collections and litigation specialist Credit Style which aims to help deliver faster financial results for Insolvency Practitioners (IPs).
The partnership forms part of a new one-stop-shop service launched by Sandton called IP Unlock which also includes further services provided by specialist acquisition law firm AWH and litigation finance specialist Tresartis.
IP Unlock aims to deliver a reliable turnkey service that makes it easier for IPs to maximise value for creditors. Launching the new IP Unlock brand, Sandton aims to offer a unique service bringing together industry specialists with tailored products to support IPs.
The partnership will mean that Sandton can purchase debt and Credit Style can administer and collect debt to provide certainty on returns to company creditors. Credit Style’s team use software systems and its own quality platform for consumer and commercial debt collection. They provide services that support the entire delinquency journey of a debtor backed up by a sophisticated and unique technology platform that delivers fast and reliable results.
