Global debt recovery and credit management service provider, Barratt Smith Brown (BSB) and 4D Contact have announced that they will open a new London head office.
Mark Smith, CEO of 4D Contact ssaid “As we continue to expand both businesses, it makes increasing sense to establish ourselves a central London base. The accessibility of London makes it convenient for meeting with existing clients, as well as a strategic location from which we can head up our business development.”
The new London office will be in addition to the existing Barratt Smith Brown office in Leicester and 4D Contact offices in Dublin, Ireland and Malaga, Spain.
BSB CEO Ashley Barratt said the office is the first step in bringing the two businesses together into a unified commercial entity. “Both businesses have unique strengths; Barratt Smith Brown has a proven reputation and expertise on the consumer collections front, especially within the utilities arena. 4D Contact’s strength is its international expertise within commercial credit control and debt collection. If we look at the two businesses as a whole, we are in the excellent position to offer our clients a full-suite of market- leading credit management services to meet any business need.”
