Coventry City Council and Trustfolio agree partnership

16th February 2024

Trustfolio has named Coventry City Council as the latest Local Authority to sign up to its Creditor Debt Solutions Platform.

Trustfolio’s platform provides creditor teams in organisations from Local Authorities to financial services firms with a single view of debt portfolios, allowing them to automate many of their manual processes without compromising on quality or compliance. It also enables seamless digital communication and engagement with Insolvency Practitioners and Debt Management Companies for increased time and cost savings and, ultimately, better outcomes for the consumer- in-debt. Underpinned by the blockchain system of recording information, creditors can be confident in the knowledge that their data is completely safe and secure.

Barrie Strain, Head of Revenues and Benefits at Coventry City Council, said “We see Trustfolio’s solution as another way to deliver efficiencies within the authority whilst delivering greater oversight and transparency of an individual’s circumstances. We are committed to supporting individuals experiencing financial difficulties and we see the Trustfolio platform enabling us to do this effectively.”

Lee Usher, Creditor Services Director, Trustfolio, said “I am thrilled to announce another impactful collaboration, this time between Trustfolio and Coventry City Council. This strategic partnership signifies a shared commitment to fostering better outcomes for individuals struggling to repay debt. The team at Coventry City Council join a growing number of forward-thinking creditors in supporting Trustfolio’s ambition to redefine the landscape of insolvency support, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our collective mission to deliver the right outcomes for both creditors and the individuals in rebuilding their financial futures.”
