Atradius appoints new Head of UK Commercial

Atradius has announced that it has appointed James Burgess as Head of UK Commercial.

Burgess, who has been with Atradius since February 2014, joins the UK & Ireland Commercial Management Team under the leadership of recently appointed Regional Director Stuart Ramsden.

In his new role, Burgess will assume overall responsibility for account teams and sales for both corporate and SME segments, while Richard Reynolds, who also joins the UK management team will continue to lead the strategic account segment.

Burgess has led the London & South East Commercial team and Atradius has seen the portfolio prosper under his management. A graduate of the University of Kent, James has been in the trade credit insurance industry for almost 20 years and has worked in commercial roles for all of that time, including managing strategic accounts and sales at both regional and national level.
