Duff & Phelps appoints Restructuring Advisory Senior Director

Duff & Phelps has appointed Kris Carpen as Senior Director within its Global Restructuring Advisory practice, based in London.

Carpen has over 20 years of experience in providing restructuring advise and support to underperforming businesses and their stakeholders. He joins Duff & Phelps after three years as a director of resturcturing at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M). Prior to joining A&M, Carpen spent two and a half years with Monitor, the English Healthcare Regulator, and before that over 14 years with KPMG’s restructuring team.
