Just appoints In-house Barrister

Just, the enforcement market integrator has appointed Shahram Sharghy as their In-house Barrister.

Sharghy has 20 years of experience and expertise in this area of law and has been at the forefront of some of the most pioneering developments concerning High Court Enforcement. He regularly appears in the High Court in relation to a wide variety of enforcement matters and has been involved in some of the most important reported cases in recent years concerning High Court Enforcement Officers and Organisations. His work often encompasses significant and complex matters of statutory construction and commercial dealings between debtors, creditors and High Court Enforcement Officers.
