Inicio and Northumbrian Water agree customer engagement partnership

Income and expenditure specialist, Inicio has announced a customer engagement partnership with Northumbrian Water using an avatar called Budgie.

​Inicio says that the customer engagement rates were around 40%, meaning a large number of customers who previously weren’t accessing support could now be helped. A further 85% of customers were able to complete the process on their own without needing further support, 

​The company says that it has also identified over £500k in additional benefits for customers.
