John Pye appoints Head of Valuations

John Pye Auctions has announced the appointment of Chris Eckersley as its Head of Northwest Valuations.

In his new role, Eckersley will be responsible for carrying out valuation work and disposals across the region, including plant, machinery, and business assets. In addition to broadening new and existing client relationships within the corporate recovery sector, Chris will also help to develop the firm’s Business Assets team and train junior valuers.

Eckersley joins John Pye’s Business Assets division with over 21 years’ experience in providing valuation and disposal advice for machinery and business assets of a tangible and intangible nature across all asset classes and sectors.

A Registered Valuer, in 2008, Eckersley became an elected member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading.
