
Moore Kingston Smith has announced the appointment of Neil Mather as a Partner in the firm’s business recovery and insolvency team.
Mather is a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in taking both local and cross-border appointments. He advises lenders, directors, creditors and shareholders across many industries.
With particular experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, Neil has dealt with a number of large complex matters, including contentious insolvencies with litigation and recoveries across multiple jurisdictions, as well as general advisory and insolvency cases across a multitude of sectors in the UK.
Having spent much of his career at a big four accounting firm, Mather has honed specialisms in industries such as property, energy supply, care homes and professional services as well as education and non-profit organisations.
